Secluded location without visibility at the far end of the plot of a large lush garden with its own elevated part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small patio under the roof. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Several hiking trails and fishing lakes nearby where you can fish from land. Fishing in central Norrköping is possible. 5 minutes by car there is Ica nearby, Nina's café, pizzeria, petrol and swimming area. Walking distance to outdoor gym. 2 hours to Stockholm Dogs are welcome but please let us know when you book.
