The house is located 5 km from Norrtälje with many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Also close to a swimming lake and go-cart. The owners live with a dog in another house on the property. Sheets and towels can be rented.

There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
