"Ødegårdsstuo" - charming house at the lake at Øksendalsøra. Immediate proximity for nice mountain hikes, both for walking and with skiing on your legs. The house is 10 minutes away from Sunndalsøra. The house has a bedroom on the first floor with double bed. The entire 2nd floor has an open solution with several beds (see picture). Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower on the 1st floor. Kitchen, living room, TV, dining table, oven, heat pump + basement with living room (long table), toilet and washing machine (private entrance) (can be used by appointment). Parking space.

Half consists of 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and hallway. There is a heat pump. No linen/towels. Possibility to rent a boat, kaasbøll 19" aluminium archipelago jeep 60hp. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.
