Own small cozy house in Borlänge

A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Room for 2+2 people. Room with two beds and extra loft 2 beds. High ladder to loft. Not suitable for small children and people with balance problems. Fully equipped spacious kitchen. A small simple outdated toilet with shower. Can park in the yard or on the street.

Unique accommodation only a 10-minute walk to the city center. Newly renovated cottage with new bathroom. The house is located on one of the many culturally and historically valuable farms in the old district of Östanfors in Falun. Only 50 meters to water with the possibility of swimming and next to it is the cozy park Kålgården. There is a sandy beach (not an official swimming area), large playground, beach volleyball court, barbecue area, tables, benches, mini golf, bowling alley, outdoor gym and large dog walking area.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bikes in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg och Sjö. 1.5 km walk to the ski center. Sleeps 4. Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in sofa bed. (Can provide more beds with travel beds if needed). Wood-fired sauna available. Can be purchased for cleaning and rental of bed linen/towels. Smoke and pet-free.

Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.

Charming courtyard house with high ceilings, rural location just outside Falun. Around the corner is Lugnet's nature reserve with great opportunities for cycling, hiking and running. Lugnet's arena is only 4 km away. On the farm, there are horses and cats. Two boxes can be offered for "bed & box" with associated riding track 20 x 40m. Contact the accommodation for a quote.
