Almost lakefront living in beautiful Summerland, 15 minutes from Penticton, 40 minutes to Kelowna. Located directly across from Peach Orchard Park which features a boat launch, beach access, picnic area and a spray park for the kids. Stunning views, fully equipped kitchen with three bedrooms and two living areas. Recently renovated. This is a quiet neighbourhood, no parties. Caretaker lives onsite in a self-contained unit above the garage with his own separate driveway, as required by law.
