Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. Oasis of peace, tennis court jacuzzy stunning view

This pretty holiday home is situated in a peaceful, idyllic location of middle Dalmatian hinterland. From the terrace on the northern part stretches a view on the town of Imotski and its beautiful Red and Blue lakes. In the courtyard, on the southern side there are the spacious swimming pool and a covered terace with barbeque and as of 2018 a multifunctional playground for tennis, and football.The centre of Imotski with shops, restaurants, post office and doctor's office is located 5 km away.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Our place is close to the forest, fields and a huge lake. The sea is also only an hour and a half away by car. You will be living in a rustic stone house my ancestors have built with their own hands. Our brand new luxury villa Joy is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and maximum privacy and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. A big private heated pool, great jacuzzi for 6, an IR sauna, a private movie theater and gaming room, billiard room, a giant fenced outdoor area with a football field, badminton court or table tennis.

The serene outdoor area features a private pool reflecting the evening sky, complemented by two sun loungers and shaded by umbrellas. The charming house in the background is softly illuminated, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere of the space.

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.
