Cottage facilities The cottage has a kitchenette with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hot plate and an oven. Dishes and tableware are provided for six people. There is a sleeping alcove with a 110 cm wide bed. The space underneath the bed is convenient for storing luggage and other belongings. In the yard, there is a separate guest house with two additional sleeping places and a storage room. Please bring your own bed linen – bed linen is not provided. Guests are responsible for the final cleaning. There is additional storage space in a chest of drawers. The living room has a dining table with benches. The cottage has a fireplace (not a heat-storing fireplace). There is a spacious terrace with a fixed dining table. The terrace has direct access to the sauna. By the lake, there is a pier, a boat and a barbecue area. The yard consists of lawn and natural vegetation. Drinking water must be brought with you. Bottled drinking water is available at the shops in Sulkava. The neighbouring cottages also use lake water as drinking water. This is therefore possible, but at your own risk. Pets are welcome! Please note that, despite cleaning, dog hair may still be found inside the cottage. There is an outdoor dry toilet (outhouse) in the upper part of the yard, next to the woodshed. Distances and nearby services The nearest shops, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, library, gym, outdoor fitness stairs, bicycle rental and other services are in the centre of Sulkava, approximately 15 km away. Small beach sauna on the shores of Lake Saimaa

The small beach sauna is located right next to the city of Savonlinna, but surrounded by nature. The log sauna has just been completed from the inside - there are still small finishing touches to be done outside, but the most important thing for relaxing cottage holidays is found: electricity, running water, fireplace and wood sauna, not to mention the stunning scenery! What makes the sauna special is the detached house that will be built behind it in the future, so you can enjoy the magnificent views of Savonlinna in a place where no one else has stayed before.

The views from the cottage on the shore of the large lake Iijärvi open up in every direction. The plot is land-forest based and the beaches are suddenly deepening. A large beach patio and a large jetty bring comfort to the beach and what could be better than jumping from the jetty into the lake in the summer heat while enjoying a sauna. The main building has a living room, kitchenette, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a large loft, a toilet with a shower cabin and a closet. The kitchen has a gas stove and the toilet has an electric toilet seat with a bidet function.

Stylish studio in a lovely wooden house

You'll stay on the shore of Lake Saimaa, in the middle of a church village in a chicly decorated twin. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room couch gives you sleeping places for two. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen including a coffee and kettle, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Toilet with shower cabin. On the ground floor of the apartment there is a coffee shop and hairdresser. The grocery store is within walking distance and the Seoutdion is only about 5 minutes away. The nearest city to Savonlinna is 39 km away. Pets welcome.

Here you can get to know the life of the farm, milking and taking care of the animals if you want. Our farm's cows include gentle individuals and, among other things, all Finnish cattle breeds. In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Villa Leikon – a holiday right next to clean nature and lakes. Cottage accommodates four people. There is room for two to sleep downstairs and two more up in the loft. The detached sauna building also has a spacious bedroom which accommodates two more people. In total six people can comfortably stay. The beach sauna building is nicely attached to the main building with an open terrace. The cottage is surrounded by almost undisturbed nature with enough space for outdoor relaxing.
