In deze Houseboot in Stavoren begint het vakantiegevoel direct als je de loopplank over bent. Je beleeft het water om je heen aan alle kanten. Je kunt vanaf een van de zwemtrappen ook het water in gaan en lekker zwemmen op de eigen ligplaats, in wat te zien is als een natuurlijk zwembad. Het centrum van het Elfstedenstadje ligt nabij en toch gewekt worden door de vogeltjes, dat is kenmerkend voor deze op maat gemaakte en warm ingerichte Houseboot. Welkom voor een vakantie die net even anders is.

Geweldig en ruim opgezet chalet (40m2) ingericht voor gezinnen tot 3 kinderen. Wij zijn zelf een gezin van 4 (meisje van 6 en jongen van 4 jaar) dat hun heerlijke rustige plekje graag deelt met andere jonge gezinnen en/of koppels. Het terrein waar het chalet staat, de Koggeplaet is een fijn en kleinschalig park waarvan de jachthaven direct ligt aan de grootste meren van Friesland: de Fluessen en het Heegermeer. Rondom het park zelf is het ook mogelijk om bijvoorbeeld een boot of sup te huren

Dike villa with infinity view

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Er is een grote tuin met gezellig terras met zonnescherm en een grasveld. Er is een houten vlonderterras om te kunnen vissen of te zonnen. De Grutto is een vrijstaand huis op ruim 700m2 grond in een kleinschalig park aan de rand van het dorp Hemelum en heeft een eigen ligplaats voor je boot. Er is een schuur voor de fietsen. Max. 2 huisdieren zijn welkom. Er is een laadstation voor elektrische auto’s en een snelle glasvezelaansluiting.
