In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, bean bags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. Many walking trails start from here. The house (500 years old, forming a bridge over the road) is a halfway point on the pilgrim path between Mariatrost & Weiz Basilica. 🌈
