The apartment consists of a large living room with an exclusively equipped kitchen and wine refrigerator and open fireplace. 2 loggias with 7 m² and a balcony on the west side. One of the two Wittmann couches in the living room can be pulled out into a double bed. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine or wall radiator and the 2nd has a combined shower and toilet. In addition, there is a toilet in the apartment. Underfloor heating and air conditioning too....

Unser Ferienhaus liegt am See, besteht aus vier Wohnungen (Schlaf-/Wohnbereich in einem), Waschküche (inkl. Trockner) Sauna+Dampfdusche. Das große Seegrundstück ist Abenteuerplatz und Erholungsoase, zum Baden, Sonne & Natur genießen, Seele baumeln lassen. Der Kontrast zu überlaufen Seen. Gut abgesichert nur durch eine Zufahrtsstraße vom Haus getrennt. Plus gemeinsam nutzbar: Kinderspielplatz, Griller, Feuerstelle, Essplätze, Ruderboot, 2 SUPs, Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse.

It's a 34 m2 studio, fully furnished with all ammenities and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, Wi-Fi...). It can accommodate up to 3 adults in one separate room with small double bed and convertible sofa in a living room. Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires.
