It offers comfort and modern design with a cozy living and sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the terrace, which is open to the courtyard, at any time. In front of the doors of Schwerin is our over 100-year-old house with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for business travelers as well as individual travelers. Located on the 2nd floor, it offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden view.

A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

On two floors with a large garden and a terrace, there are enough retreats to escape everyday life. A large fireplace offers cozy warmth on colder days. Lake Plau is within walking distance, as are various shopping and leisure activities in the sweet old town of Plau am See.

The simple decor allows you to breathe and still impresses with special details such as the Kyrgyz tapestries.
