Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

A 20-minute walk from the village by a bucolic path, along the Vélodysssée (Canal de Nantes à Brest) and the Régalante, this former artist's studio with views of the Plains of Mazerolles, is completely renovated and newly equipped. Ideal for a break during a business trip/weekend by the water! 30 minutes from the center of Nantes by tram train, independent accommodation, quiet at the end of a secure private driveway, possibility to park your car and bike with peace of mind.

Le Clos de Mart cottage, close to the Erdre.

We welcome you to this comfortable cottage, located in a green setting, at the crossroads of the paths of the Velodyssée and the Régalante and a few minutes walk from the Erdre and the small port of La Guillonnière. Shops and the port of Sucé-sur-Erdre are a 4-minute drive, and Nantes is a 25-minute tram ride. On the garden level of a Nantes house, you can relax on the terrace or by the pool. Parking and a bike shelter are at your disposal.

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

New type 2 accommodation of 40 m2 in a very quiet impasse. You will have a beautiful living room with 1 sofa bed for 1 person and a kitchenette. One bedroom with 1 bed of 160 adjoining the bathroom. A toilet/linen area with washer area. We have a dryer available to you. Its high ceilings in all rooms give it a special charm and very great brightness. Linens, towels, and bedding are provided .

Close to Nantes, the Canal de Nantes à Brest and the Erdre for water activities.

The Nest of Mazerolles

In a green and peaceful setting, this 260 m2 stone farmhouse will seduce you. Close to the Erdre (300 m walk), you can also have picnics on the Mazerolle plain. Perfect for gathering your family or friends, you will enjoy the 3000 m2 of land, not overlooked, terraces, green spaces, petanque and ping pong table. 5.3 m semi-rigid boat rental on the Erdre at extra cost.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)

On the ground floor of the house, a kitchen, a back kitchen, a living room, toilet, a bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, toilet, bathroom. Guests can enjoy the garden, terrace and garden furniture.
