Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Salt baths and all amenities

It offers all the amenities you would want from a modern home such as a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The house was built in 2022 and from the patio and loft you can see the sea. Place to sit and eat both inside and outside, even the possibility to barbecue. In a few minutes on foot, you are down and diving into the sea. On the entrance level, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and in the loft, there are 4 mattresses (80 cm). Parking space at Framnäs (Björkö) is available to borrow when you rent this accommodation.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Cosy guesthouse close to Marstrand and Gothenburg

Welcome to our guest house with a sauna just a couple of hundred meters from the ocean. Here you have a really cosy place with plenty of hikes and close to the ocean. Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating (when it gets cold). Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.

Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Bohuslan Sea Lodge- 35 min. from Gothenburg

On the Swedish west coast, 35min north from Gothenburg and 25min south from seaside resort Marstrand, on the island "Lilla Fjellsholmen", is this exclusive holiday home with wonderful sea views. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation in the archipelago. You can go swimming, crab fishing or just relax on the docks. There is also a small beach for kids, green play areas and a shared sauna. The house is rented by the week in summer and for shorter stays the rest of the year.

Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, bathing jetty and cliff jumping. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.

Quiet little mini cottage for relaxing. Close to nature with walking distance to service. The sea on one side and garden with farms on the other. Enjoy the simplicity of unique archipelago environment. There is a mini kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, hot plate, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Access to barbecue and sauna is available in the common areas. Common areas can be used at 9-9 pm. No parties. Bedlinen and towels can be booked.
