The 73 sqm loft is part of a small, listed, former vineyard in the middle of Kirchberg an der Murr, about 25 minutes north of Stuttgart. Living in the sawmill is CO2-neutral – thanks to a PV system, charging station for electric cars, green electricity and pellet heating. And if you want, you can also get there by S-Bahn train.

The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.
