Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

A bakery and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk.

The ski resorts of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are just a few km from our house and can be reached by car!

The apartment is located at about 1000 m The ski resorts Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are only a few km from our house and can be reached by car. The small, cozy Apart die Almsünde has free Wi-Fi, ski storage room with drying room, car parking!! In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary!!! In case of snowfall, snow chains are also required!!!!

Beautiful apartment in the mountains with great views of three ski resorts in the Zillertal. Two bedrooms & a sofa bed offer enough space for 6 people in this spacious accommodation. Private terrace on the sunny side with barbecue facilities. Underfloor heating and a barrier-free shower ensure a comfortable living environment. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!
