Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

You’ll have gorgeous views of the ocean, plus you have optional access to the Resort country club amenities with this condominium. All furnishings are high end, including down-filled living room furniture you can sink into, and beautiful beds with Serta pillow top mattresses. The resort is close to shopping and many restaurants.

In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.

We do our best to keep our condo stocked with essentials - from cooking basics, beach gear, to cleaning supplies and more.
