This romantic summerhouse is located in the first row to the beautiful Swedish archipelago on the cliff island of Orust. With a view of the calm sea and with its own jetty, it is difficult to find a more idyllic location. The house is completely renovated with a large, luxurious bathroom and a large wooden terrace. Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will stay out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Grab a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. It's hard not to fall in love - both instead and with each other.

The house is located in a living agricultural village where the cows graze in the pasture next door and the farmer cultivates his land. Hamburgsund, Bovallstrand, Fjällbacka, Grebbestad and Smögen are some of the picturesque coastal communities that you can reach by car in about 20 minutes. A car is a must. Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Newly built small house, about 50 sqm, on two floors. Centrally located about 10 minutes' walk to Kosterbåtarna. Close to everything. In the house, there is a 140 cm bed and a 105 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide. Duvets and pillows are included, but not bed sheets or towels. Young people who want to party should choose another accommodation, this is in a quiet area. NOTE: Pets and smoking not allowed NOTE: cleaning is not included NOTE: only one parking space

It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house.
