Charming old house, over 100 years, at the heart of the Idefjord, in nice little Krokstrand, about 20 minutes by car from Strömstad. The house has a new kitchen (sleeps about 8) and new bath, 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. On the outside you will find a large lovely terrace with patio table and chairs, parasol and some sun loungers. In the summer it is sun in the terrace from about 9-20. The house is located on a slope and on the plot a rippling stream flows, soothing and quiet. There is a 7-minute walk down to the fjord, where you will find a beach with the jetty.

Quiet and peaceful area with few neighbors. 10 minutes by car to Strömstad city center and the beach Seläter. 60 sqm cabin with sleeping loft, living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet. Guest house with double bed and bathroom with shower. The cabin has well water, it is perfectly fine to drink. There is limited pressure in the shower, especially if many people shower in a row. Recommend and do not use faucets unnecessarily as it may become empty. Outdoor shower is available. Close to golf course.

The cottage is equipped with kitchen area with induction stove, fridge and freezer and bathroom. There is a loft bed that is suspended from the ceiling with a ladder up (140 cm), a sofa bed (140 cm), and, if you wish, you can get a travel bed for small children/infants. Note: Guests bring their own bed linen and towels. The cleaning is responsible for the guest.

It is a short walk down to the sea (2-300 metres).The property is located on a peninsula with wild nature, but the location is central: 12 minutes to Strømstad 15 minutes to Grebbestad 5-10 minutes to Rossö, Resö, Saltõ and the other islands. 10 minutes to Daftøland 10 minutes to go to trainstop to Strømstad and Gothenburg.
