Modern bathroom & large shower. Although you’re sharing my legal residential unit, a Private entrance via utility hallway ensures privacy.

I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes. We are exempt from hosting Service and Emotional support animals due to my health issues.
