The village has, among other things, the Northern Lights Center, a grocery store and a café. Many nice swimming areas. It is about 30 min to Svolvær, 1 h 40 min to Leknes. Great hiking and fishing opportunities near the cabin. Short distance to the ferry that goes to Vesterålen.

During winter you have the possibility to see the Northern light. Please note, that you have to walk through the main bedroom to enter one of the single bed bedrooms.
