Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Straubenhardt-Conweiler liegt mitten in der Natur, am Rande des nördlichen Schwarzwaldes. Die Region ist ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel zum Wandern sowie für Touren mit dem Mountainbike. Unweit des Hauses ist die Schwanner Warte, Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Im Ort befindet sich in ca. 600 m Entfernung ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedenen Geschäften sowie mehrere Gaststätten . Die Großräume Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim und Stuttgart sind gut erreichbar.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.

Parking in front of the house. The apartment is centrally located in Königsbach. A bakery (with cafe) is 30 meters away. The train station can be reached within a five-minute walk.

It is located on our separate guest floor, where we rent out additional rooms. If there are more than two people, you can rent additional rooms here Tourist tax must be paid on site There is a bus stop about 10 minutes away towards the town center, but a car is definitely recommended.
