Beautiful holiday house with own boat near lake!

Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

The modern cabin is nestled among trees, featuring a large terrace and expansive windows that offer views of the surrounding nature. The wooden exterior complements the natural landscape, highlighting the cabin's blend of contemporary design and rustic charm.

Ekbacka Lake house - Cabin with lake view

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Barnvänliga kvarter, bara ett par hundra meter från den gemensamma badplatsen med strand och brygga. Trädgårdstomt med uteplats. Från allrummet nås den stora läckra takterrassen varifrån Mälarens glittrande vatten kan skönjas. Lekplats finns i området.

Welcome to the south wing of Ekholmen Castle, which was built in 1632. Here you can sit out on the terrace and enjoy nature and your company. Adjacent to the property is a large English garden. The 150 square meter apartment is on the ground floor with your own entrance right out into the garden. The apartment above is empty, so you live in the house yourself. If you think farming is fun, the farm is 100 meters away and there is always the opportunity to help us feed the cows.

This typical swedish house from late 19th century is located 12 km north of Malmköping. A medium sized lake for swimming and fishing is available 700 mtrs from the house. Rowing boat is available. There are a variety of nice places to visit and sightseeing nearby such as Gripsholm with the historic castle dating back to the 16th century. Moose, deer and other wild animals are abundant in the forests as well as blueberries, cranberries and mushrooms. Stockholm is 80 km away.

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika och familjevänliga boende. Här bor du i lantlig miljö med gångavstånd till centrala Mariefred. Huset är från slutet av 1800-talet med mycket charm. Huset är i två plan med kök och två matplatser samt stort sällskapsrum. 3 sovrum , var av ett är med bäddsoffa. Till huset finns en stor tomt med härligt grönska på våren och sommaren. Terass i två nivåer med matplats och loungesoffa i söderläge. Studsmatta, gunga och sandlåda på tomten.
