This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Sandepark 128 is located in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km. north of the cozy and tourist village Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600m from coastline. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blockarts and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you can find beautiful walking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer.
