Βρίσκεται στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της Στούπας,καθώς η πρόσβαση στη παραλία της Καλόγριας είναι δυνατή εντός 2λεπτών μέσω σκαλιών που βρίσκονται στα 10μ. από το διαμέρισμα,ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Στούπας είναι επίσης ξεκούραστη αφού διαρκεί το πολύ 5λεπτά με αργό περπάτημα.Το διαμέρισμα είναι μόλις ανακαινισμένο και η πανοραμική θέα του μπαλκονιού είναι αδύνατον να περιγραφεί.Είναι ένας μοναδικός συνδυασμός βουνού και θάλασσας.

Newly finished, a bright stylish and fully equipped elegant 70m2 fully air- conditioned loft can easily accommodate the needs of 1-5 travelers. It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Lovely ground floor apartment.

Nikos Apartment 1 is in the ground floor of a building. It is lovely with all the basics. It has one double bedroom and a sofa that turns into two single beds in the living room. It is 200 meters away from Gnospi swimming platform and 300 meters from the center of the village with the picturesque harbour, all cafes and restaurants, supermarket, sweet shops, pizza etc It is not recommended for light sleepers as it is near the side of the road. All our visitors were fine with this so far.

A dining table is set with blue-tinted glasses and white dishware, overlooking a stunning view of the sea. A vase with decorative twigs and dried flowers sits at the center, while a bottle of wine is positioned to the side. Natural light enhances the tranquil ambiance.

Sophia’s Beach House is an old family home, right on Stoupa Beach, that is converted into 4 luxurious and spacious apartments. Each has one bedroom, w/c with shower, open plan kitchen and living room. They are fully equipped and have a dish washer and washing machine. There are a/c units in the living rooms and in the bedrooms, along with ceiling fans. The property has a lot of space in the back, with a shared pool and big garden with fruit trees.

A spacious balcony offers unobstructed views of the coastline and sea. Two white lounge chairs and a matching table are arranged thoughtfully, while a small potted plant adds a subtle touch of greenery. The clear sky reflects on the tranquil waters.

The ground floor apartment is part of the beautiful, two stored and traditionally built stone house Estia, only 700m of the beach of Stoupa. It is very nice and quietly located,surrounded by a large and very well established garden ,where children can find hammocks, play tents as well as paddling pools to play with and sunbeds for the parents to enjoy sunbathing. It is indeed ideal for children of all ages.
