The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Connection to public transport is available. The Agra exhibition grounds are only a 10-minute walk away. No animals are allowed out of consideration for subsequent guests.

The Saale bike path is opposite the road. We offer free parking space on the secured yard and a bicycle stand.

Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
