The tea forest is the closest neighbor, and Kaldnes Brygge is right on the street. Large terrace around the house, dining area, gas barbeque, and garden furniture for relaxing. In the living room there is big TV and music system. The beds are of good quality with great comfort. The house is well-maintained and manicured. Partially refurbished, something new and something old with a good atmosphere both inside and outside.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun by the sea. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large patio invites to play and fun for you and your family. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing equipment and water skiing). Boat place is nearby. 2 terrain electric bikes can also be rented. Interior interior is of older vintage, but clean, neat and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

The house is located in an attractive residential area. Great view towards Tønsberg, Nesbryggen/Foynland strait as well as the Oslo fjord. Spacious patio of 2 acres plot. Sun from morning to night. Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Short way to the bus and grocery store. A great starting point for exploring nice beaches as well as the wonderful archipelago around Nøtterøy and Tjøme. 5 km into Tønsberg city centre. Sports space, golf course, etc. in the immediate vicinity. A good space for summer!

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Small house in central Sandefjord

Annex/small house with walking distance to the sea (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The lower floor is out of use when renting. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

På Verdens Ende er det restaurant, nasjonalparksenter og kulturarrangement. Sydspissen av Tjøme har en spektakulær natur med med svaberg, blomsterenger, og hav så langt øyet kan se. Her er det fantastiske turområder med fiske- og bademuligheter. Fjellmo er stedet for å nyte, fred og ro, sol og sommer, samt et vakkert kystlandskap.

You can walk right down to the beach which is 500 meters from the house. The ferry to the idyllic car-free island of Veierland also departs from here. Bring your bike on the ferry and you can have a fantastic bike ride out on the island.
