Magnificent right by the sea - with the city nearby

A modern, well-planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south-facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Consistent natural materials in a stripped-down Nordic style that blurs the boundary between outside and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. In winter, there is a footbridge to the island.

Small house, fantastic sea view!

Stay in our nice little house, close to big city with idyllic archipelago feel. Here you live high and secluded, magnificent views of the Stockholm inlet with boats & cruise ships. The house is older but charming. Hilly area, car is recommended. Patio facing the water, here is a small grass area with playhouse & trampoline for children. In the area there is a swimming area, nature, grocery store, bus in the city center 2 km. Enjoy the sounds of boat traffic around the corner of the house & magical sunsets once the sun is out. Welcome!

Winter-occupied summer cottage with sea view in scenic area of Mörtnäs with proximity to shopping. A charming house built in the 1920s of 48 sqm. Two small bedrooms, kitchen, living room with dining area and fireplace, bathroom with water toilet, shower and washing machine. In total there are 5 beds. The house is located on the landlord's 3000 sqm property with south facing where you see the sunrise over the sea bay. With about 100 m to the area's own sandy beach and bathing jetty you have bathrobe distance to a swim in the sea!

An outdoor dining area is set with wooden furniture, including a table surrounded by chairs. The table is prepared with plates and glasses, offering a view of the serene water and sunset. An awning provides shade from the sun, enhancing the relaxed ambiance.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. Intill havet med egen havsbadbrygga. Utsikten är enastående, havsutsikt väst, norr och öst. Huset är byggt maj 2023. Nära till vacker natur, bad, brygga för Waxholmsfärjorna och golf. I närområdet finns bad- & barnvänliga sjöar med sandstrand, Yasuragi, Skepparholmen, Långa Raden. En bilutflykt bort ligger Siggesta Gård (minigolf, fotbollsgolf, sagostig), Artipelag, Gustavsberg med Porslinskvarteren, restauranger, caféer. Vikingshill ligger vid havet i skärgårdens början.

Beautifully situated house with fantastic view.

Sky and Sea! Beautifully located holiday home on Ingarö with a fantastic view of Nämndöfjärden. A place for the whole family to relax. The living room consists of kitchen with dining area and sofas for socializing in front of the fireplace. On the terrace overlooking the sea there is a barbecue and dining area. Five beds in three bedrooms. 15 minutes to the sandy beaches around the Björnö Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from Slussen. Good bus connections.
