A modern, well planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Throughout natural materials in stripped-down Nordic style that blur the border between the outdoors and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated with a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. Winter time footbridge to the island.

Magical view. 15 min from STHLM

Large and modern villa at Edsviken. Great view from the house in general and from the roof terrace in particular. If the evening gets chilly, you can sit quietly in the patio located on the rooftop. Completely protected from all directions. In 15 min you can get both by car and commuter train into the center of Stockholm. Train station is in a 5-minute walk. Kitchen, dining room and living area in open plan. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as laundry room. Carport with electric car charger, hot tub, wifi, Chromecast etc. About 100m to the sea

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely altar and outdoor shower. In the cabin of 15 sqm there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, crockery, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen where you can get via ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Idyllic beachfront near Stockholm city

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. BBQ evenings at sunset on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the deck are some of the favourite things with our accommodation. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.

Seaside villa with amazing view

Our home in situated on the island Lidingö just outside central Stockholm. It was built 1908 by the Swedish artist Tyra Kleen. The most unique things about our home is the panorama view of the sea, and the pasty way down to the private dock where you take a dip en the sea. The house has a capacity for 7 adults but it’s more recommended for 1-2 small families.

Extraordinary and central accommodation just by the lake at Stora Essingen. Plot with garden that is accessed via a long stairs from the public road, i.e. not suitable for disable persons. Secluded with breathtaking views of Lake Mälaren. Near the French school. Near the bus, near the light rail, near the center. Possibility to rent a sauna (50 euro)
