Welcome to my apartment located at the top of the house. What I like about the apartment is that it is bright no direct transparency. It is a studio so it is a large room that is divided so there is a sleeping alcove with a smaller bed and then there is a dining table and sofa / bed in the rest of the room. Kitchenette with kitchen equipment and it includes spices as well as coffee and tea for guests. Bathroom with shower cabin , washing machine included detergent and fabric softener. A few minutes walk to metro and buses.

In the cabin of 15 sqm there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, crockery, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen where you can get via ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Bright beautiful apartment on Stora Essingen

My apartment is a very beautiful and bright place right in the centre of Stora Essingen - an city island that belongs to the area of Kungsholmen. It is on the top floor on the corner of the building with mostly families with children as neighbour. The afternoon/evening sun will mesmerize you in the living room and kitchen and in the morning through the bedroom windows. Stora Essingen is sometimes called the Sthlm French qvarter due to the large inhabitants of French & the French school here...

The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy the tranquility and the fantastic location close to Lake Mälaren and of the view from the balcony. Subway is a short walk away & it takes 10min by subway from Alvik into town. You can also walk over to Kungsholmen. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Close to a cozy beach and swimming jetties. At one of the parks there is access to tennis court, boule courts, football field, skateboard ramps and a small outdoor gym.
