This is a top quality opportunity! 100 kvm penthouse/loft, all alone on the top floor, VERY PRIVATE and quiet location with terrace, windows facing the sky including from the jacuzzi. Spacious and open apartment with large kitchen and living room. Calm and quiet separate bedroom with double bed (Hästen Continental 180 cm). The esthetics in the apartment is a matter of the heart for me, therefor I only welcome guests with a truly gentle touch. Beauty needs to be cared for. Fully equipped machinery in all respects. An extremely bright and beautiful apartment with lots of windows, wooden floors, original beams and brick walls. There are more windows than walls :-) Situated in a charming, central area one block from Odenplan where you find all buses and the subway. Plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants and funky, small scale shopping. Welcome to our 2-floor apartment, with a roof terrace and an open fireplace. The apartment is located in the trendy area Midsommarkransen, with a big park in front, used both for sun bathing picnicers, cava drinking couples and has a popular playground for kids. The supermarket is across the park, 200 meters away and the metro station is just 400 meters away . Our guests are mostly families (minimum age 27 years old) and you'll find many cafes, restaurants, bakeries in the area. Welcome!

Lovely 1-bedroom Loft with Patio

Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

Studio at Östermalm

A cozy writer's studio under the roof on a calm street next to Stockholms biggest park Gärdet and the vast recreational area Djurgården. Great communications with buses leaving from the block every 10 minutes and only two blocks from the nearest underground station. A small pentry underneath the skylight with a microwave and a Nespresso machine. Perfect for anyone fed up with boring hotel rooms who wants something special.

Unique charming loft of 120 sqm with 3.40 in ceiling height . 3 rooms and kitchen and with large balcony on the roof with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. Outside you have big nice parks and playgrounds. Nice hiking trails and Fyrisån run the corner. Quiet and cozy area. A walk of about 15 minutes along Fyrisån takes you to the city centre,or alternatively you have 1min to the city buses. Parking for car available.
