New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Två rum mitt på Söder!

Här bor du centralt med Södermalmspulsen precis utanför dörren, men ändå med ett lugnt och avkopplande rum som vetter mot en tyst innergård. Varmt välkommen till denna lilla pärla på Södermalm med fantastisk balkong! Det är en etta med kokvrå och fint belägen balkong i söderläge mot innergården. Lägenheten ligger centralt men tyst, och bara ett stenkast från SoFos charmiga kvarter. I området finns vackra Vitabergsparken men också några av Stockholms bästa restauranger och charmiga barstråk. Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.
