Lovely newly built apartment close to the water

You wake up rested in the comfy queen size bed in an apartment that still smells new. You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

The tranquility of the forest

The property is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility is amazing. At the same time it is only 5 minutes, so you are on the highway towards Stockholm (1 hour.), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wild animals here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see moose, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park at Öster malma, only 20 minutes from here.

Countryside home by the sea.

We offer you to stay with us in a unique place close to Stockholm at the gate of the archipelago. We, as a family with two love small dogs, live next door, although you will have your very privacy with wildlife outside the door. Animal free inside though, unless the dogs sneak in. The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
