Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

Garage and supermarket directly opposite. 100 metres to tram 49 (every 7 minutes) to U3 Hütteldorfer Straße (2 stops). From there, take the U3 to Stephansplatz in 12 minutes. The open-plan living area is designed in classic Viennese style with a double bed (1.80 x 2 metres), comfortable sofa bed and smart TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can try out our Viennese recipes, including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee rituals.

You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. This tiny house is truly truly special! Cozy and hospitable is located in a side alley in the center of Klosterneuburg - surrounded by romantic houses from the Middle Ages. Located directly on the train, it is the ideal start for exploring Vienna or the Vienna Forest. Buses and train are within walking distance, but cyclists also have only a few meters to the bike routes on the Danube. It's all there, just you're missing!

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
