This special place is close to everything. There is a private patio in a secluded courtyard in the middle of the lively neighborhood Linné where you have the city's best restaurants just around the corner. The area has a great cultural offer and very good communications with tram junction within 300 meters and 15-minute walk to the city center or Slottskogen. The apartment is newly built and has all the amenities you can expect, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, double bed and sofa bed (both 160 cm).

A bright living area is visible through a glass partition. A comfortable sofa is accompanied by a round coffee table and a patterned armchair. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the decorative plant and fresh flowers on the table. Urban city views can be seen beyond the large windows.

In Gothenburg, Tredje Långgatan is known for its lively cultural, shopping, bar, and restaurant life. Here you also have proximity to nature in the Castle Forest and the Botanical Garden. By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. New apartment on top floor on the vibrant Tredje Långgatan in the city center! Enjoy Göteborg's most popular neighbourhoods and streets - Linnéstaden and Tredje Långgatan. This is where all meet; singles, families and the older crowd to enjoy bars, cafés and attractions. It's also close to the famous old town Haga and the park Slottskogen. The apartment is located on the top floor and contains a kitchen, living room and bedroom. It has one double bed (160 cm) and a bed sofa (140 cm). Enjoy!

You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by the ferry (12 min) that leaves 100m from the house. Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.
