Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec ,50 km from Pula airport. Stifanici is a small authentic village where you find complete peace. The nearest beaches are in Porec,Novigrad or Rovinj. Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
