Bring the whole family-lots of room for fun. 4 br each with a view of the lake! 3 with adjoining deck! Decks and porches galore! The trip down to the cottage is well worth it! Fully equipped kitchen for all meal prep needs. Please note- we purchased this cottage 2 yrs ago and are busy remodeling. New a/c and heating system, and 1st fl sliding doors/windows. New 1/2 ba. Much more to come. Also 76 stair steps down to cottage from the road but elevator for all your belongings helps!

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Finger Lakes with a lake view, walk to Wineries!

Keuka Lake view cottage located half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan on the East side of the lake. This is a year round guest house that was rebuilt in 2019-2020. It has a beautiful lake view from inside the house and from the front porch, we do not provide direct lake access. Location to launch your boat 1/2 mile away, walk to 2 wineries & 1 distillery, 1/2 mile to The Switzerland Inn & Keg & Barrell. We are also close to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake.
