We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. We know you will relax and enjoy your stay at our place.

WSU and downtown Pullman are all within a walk or short drive, and a 5 minute walk will get you to Rosauers grocery store, Starbucks, and other local restaurants. After a fun filled day visiting with family & friends, touring the campuses, working, or exploring the Palouse, unwind on the patio or next to the fireplace, while enjoying all the space and privacy the apartment has to offer!

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

This unit sleeps up to four (one queen bed and two twin sleepers), has a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and remodeled bathroom with laundry stack. No cleaning fee, minimal check out instructions.

The Upper Room

Comfortable studio just steps from the University of Idaho campus on the south side of Moscow. Ideal for visiting parents, sports fans, conference guests, or college scouts. The Upper Room is a private studio with its own entrance on the same property as our Palouse View Villa. It includes a mostly full kitchen (no dishwasher), a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.
