The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Spacious apartment on two floors with a double bed and sofa bed. The terrace invites you to relax. The rural yet central location fulfills everything your heart desires. Lake Sims is 5 minutes away by bike. By car, you can reach the city of Rosenheim in 15 minutes. There is also a bus service to the city. From Rosenheim there is a direct train to Munich and Salzburg. The mountains and Lake Chiemsee are also accessible by car.
