It is 50m from the port of Steni Vala (diving center, restaurants) and 150m from Glyfa beach. It overlooks the marine park and is located in a green environment with a courtyard. It has on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, dining room, WC and living room (sofa + armchair) that become single beds. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view. There is also TV, Air Conditioning, hairdryer, iron, parking. It offers quality, affordable and quiet vacations.

Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

The house has enough space for six adults to sleep thanks to one double bed, two single beds and two built-in sofas near the fireplace. There is a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has private wc, a common bathroom and an outside shower. The exterior area is enclosed with walls, which gives guests privacy and protection from outside looks. The house is for exclusive use of the renter and respective guests. Bookings for the whole month are accepted for April and May.

Agios Petros by the Sea is a traditional house located in one of the most beautiful bays of Alonnissos (Agios Petros). The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1,5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In total, 150sqm. It can accomodate 6 persons( Three couples plus 3 -4 children ) . Outdoors, the house offers an extremely fantastic sea view from its terrace. The distance to the beach is only 50m , 9km away from the port Patitiri and only 5 minutes walk from Steni Vala.

Other the sea

Alta Marea is located in the Alta Marea area, which is about 20 minutes (by car) from Patitiriya and 8 minutes from Alta Vala, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Less than 50m from the house there is a quiet beach, without people. However, if one wants something more intense, 1 km away is the famous Saint Dimitrios beach. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of the narrow Peristera.
