Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Families are very welcome, and through personal care on site we respond quickly to your wishes. Many sights can be reached in a short time. A parking space and a bicycle parking space are also available.

We are happy to welcome you to our newly designed apartment in a quiet residential area in Böhringen. This district of Radolfzell offers you all the shops serving everyday needs. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the city center and Lake Constance. The city bus stop (free) is 100 m away. The train station is a 5-minute drive away, so you can explore the beautiful places on the lake.
