Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Vacation home small but nice

About the apartment: It is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation (max. 4 people). A small kitchen with dining table is directly adjacent to the cozy living room. A sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for 2 people. From the living room you enter the bedroom which offers plenty of space for two people with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m). In addition to the bedroom, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is also a small but nice balcony.

Wellcome in our modern furnished DG apartment with beautiful views of the Hegauberge. An approximately 80 square meter and bright apartment awaits you: with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer and coffee maker); large living room with TV and dining area and a covered balcony; large bedroom with double bed and single bed (if necessary also a baby crib); small bathroom with shower and toilet.
