Newly restored annex, which has previously been an old barn from the 1930s, with a great location and beautiful views. Shop only 200m away and bus service every hour into Steinkjer city center and Namsos. Great place for families, workers, as an artist's home or anyone who needs a cozy place to stay over a shorter electricity longer period. Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Lovely view to the fjord and short distance to take a bath. Here you will find the tranquility both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, wood ice and difficult conditions, you may need to park about 30-40 m from the cabin.
