Cozy St. Willibrord studio in Echternach/Basilica

New, very centrally located studio in the oldest city of Luxembourg. The apartment is ideally located in the beautiful city center of Echternach, right next to the basilica. On the doorstep you can start the "Müllerthal Trail," go to the tourist information office, the bakery or the supermarket. The shopping street, as well as many good restaurants, terraces and cafes are within walking distance. Even a cinema is only 200 m away. Right in front of the house is a parking lot (6:00 pm - 8:00 am = free)

Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The pedestrian zone of Trier and all the sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university is a few minutes by bus. The bus stop to the university is about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travelers, Luxembourg commuters, long-term guests as well as business travelers and vacationers.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. My property is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
