The distance to the Playmobil FunPark is only 1.9 km, a bus stop is located at the level of the house. The S-Bahn station of the Nuremberg-Ansbach line is located in the next town (1.1 km). With this you can reach the central train station in just 15 minutes.Nuremberg and from there comfortably via subway to Messe-Nürnberg.

Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Nearby there are leisure activities such as the "Playmobil Fun Park" 4 km away and the leisure pool "Kristall Palm Beach" 3 km away. There is also an S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg about 2 km away. By car, you can reach 30 minutes to downtown Nuremberg or to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.

The kitchen is fully equipped. An extra bed or baby bed can be provided. The apartment is very centrally located in the middle of Stein in a house restored with attention to detail. We are looking forward to our guests and are always open to questions and requests.
