Suburb of Nuremberg approx. 50 m² large 2 room flat on the 2nd floor over 4 overnight places. The nearest S-Bahn station (Unterasbach) is approx. 3 min on foot, with connections to Nuremberg city centre (~10 min S-Bahn), airport (~25 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), trade fair (~26 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Ansbach (~32 min, S-Bahn), Südwestpark (~5 min, S-Bahn). The quiet, bright, newly renovated 3-room apartment (80 square meters) with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet is located in the idyllic village of Loch. Nearby there are leisure activities such as the "Playmobil Fun Park" 4 km away and the leisure pool "Kristall Palm Beach" 3 km away. There is also an S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg about 2 km away. By car, you can reach 30 minutes to downtown Nuremberg or to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.

My Apartment is perfect for Oktoberfest-lovers (10 min walk). But you are also very central if you just want to enjoy the city! In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

Also the uncomplicated and safe parking on the privat parking place increase the livingcomfort.

The apartment is in the attic, is 55 square meters and has its own entrance through the stairwell, you DON'T have to walk through our private rooms. Good access to the city by bus, subway and S-Bahn is about 18 minutes away. Next to the front door is a key safe, so you can check in independently from 3 pm. I no longer live in the house, so it is very important to read all the information before you come. I can always be reached by phone.

You can park on the street in front of the house. We have done our best to make the apartment cozy and hope that all our guests will feel very comfortable.
