The cabin was new in February 2017. It is modern, functional and has a panorama view, a perfect basecamp for a variety of hikes and trips in addition to relaxing around the cabin. The area offers great possibilities for fishing trout in the mountain lakes and salmon in the Bjerkreimselva, listed as one of the best salmon rivers in Norway! Try also the Kodlom lake just outside the door! In the winter season, Stavtjørn is well known for its excellent cross country and alpine skiing terrain.

Naustet is brand new and part of the lake house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a dock with fishing opportunity. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik.
