On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
