O Suíte privativo fica na residencial familiar Home Oluwa, a 15/20 min de caminhada tranquila à Praia dos Ingleses. O Local é silencioso com quintal amplo e arborizado, mesa com bancos, ducha externa, redes de descanso e estacionamento ao ar livre de fácil manobra do veículo. A residência está localizada no norte da ilha, cerca de 15km da praia de Canasvieiras e 35km do centro de Florianópolis. Além disso, está bem próximo do parque aquático Acquashow (cerca de 10mins de carro).
