When the reservation is for 3 people, we put in a mattress. • Balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs. • Bathroom with shower, no hot tub. • No indoor kitchen, there is a shared kitchen in the pool area. • There are stairs from the garage to the chalet. • Wi-Fi, cable TV, private toilet and complete trousseau. • Optional breakfast: R$25.00/person/day. • We accept pets, pet fee of R$30.00/day.

The downstairs bedroom has a coffee maker, basic kitchen utensils, a double bed, a single bed, a refrigerator, a table and two stools, a TV with all channels, movies and series available, a large and powerful fan, its entrance is through the front of the chalet, the bathroom is private. The rooms are totally independent, not sharing anything.
