The villa is set in the heart of Rhodopa Mountain, Shiroka Laka offers an outdoor jacuzzi sauna and an amazing view. It combines a modern interior with a traditional Bulgarian style. It has a SPA area and yard with cushioned furniture and lounge chairs, as well as a beautiful stone courtyard with BBQ. On the first floor, there is a dining room with a fireplace and a TV, a sofa bed, a professionally equipped kitchen connected to the veranda, equipped with a place to eat. Two bedrooms with amenities for the most discerning guests are located on the second floor.

Καλώς ήλθατε στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο μας, όπου ολοκληρώθηκε τον Ιανουάριο του '24. Μοντέρνος χώρος με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετο κρεβάτι και πολυτελές μπάνιο με λεπτομερή ντουζιέρα. Ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι για απόλαυση του πρωινού καφέ.Το κατάλυμα βρίσεται 5' λεπτά απο το κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια, στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει supermarket μεγάλης γνωστής αλυσίδας.Ανυπομονούμε να σας υποδεχτούμε και να ζήσετε από κοντά την εμπειρία μας,ελπίζοντας πως θα σας κάνει να επιστρέψετε στο μέλλον.

Our place is an apartment on the second floor of a house close to the city centre, parks, sightseeings, and a sports area. We live on the third floor so if you need anything, the door is always open. You’ll love the spacious apartment, the views, the location, and the garden. It could be ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. There is a covered outdoor механа (see in pictures) with a kitchenette and a fireplace available at an additional cost.

Fatovo ist ein ruhiges Dorf mitten in den Rhodopen mit einmaligem Blick über die Berge. Die Unterkunft mit separatem Eingang besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Bad. Kochmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Die Lage nach Südwesten sorgt bei den zahlreichen Sonnenstunden im Jahr für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit gibt es WLAN und die Nähe zu Smolyan (15 min mit dem Auto) sorgt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
